In the West, at the extreme tip of Punta Caruso Park, the villa is set in grounds of 4000 m2 with gardens, a wood of holm oaks and Mediterranean maquis that slope down towards a cliff with access to the sea. From the villa, paths spread out through the wood to lead to extraordinary rock formations and fabulous corners of paradise, from where you can admire the sunset and a breathtaking view of the beaches of San Francesco and Forio.

Recently fully renovated, the building has an area of approximately 120 m2 and is spread over two levels.

Suitable for 4-5 persons. At ground level, there is a living area with a sofa corner and a dining area, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, the kitchen, a veranda, barbecue area and a small garden. There is a second bedroom on an open mezzanine which is accessed from the living area, together with a separate bathroom and shower.
